Goal:
Forsyth Tech has long been a premier education partner, one of the top ten community/technical colleges in the country, and Reynolds American stands as one of the largest employers in the region. That shared commitment to education and employment met perfectly at the launch of the Future Ready Workforce Alliance, an initiative built on a simple idea: when you invest in people, you build stronger businesses and stronger communities. With access to top talent being the number one thing local employers ask about, the college needed a film to announce the initiative, celebrate Reynolds American as founding partner during its 150th anniversary year, and invite other businesses to come along for the ride.
Partnership:
Turnstone built an announcement film that treats the Alliance as a shared win, not a press release. It pairs the labor-market reality facing Forsyth County with a genuine sense of momentum while spotlighting the founding partnership with Reynolds American and casting a big, ambitious vision: The Workforce Alliance becoming a national model for how business and academia team up to set the gold standard for developing talent.
Outcome:
The result is a film that doesn’t just explain an initiative but makes you want to be part. By blending real workforce stakes with an open invitation, it turns a program launch into something a whole community can rally behind, and gives the Alliance the momentum it needs to keep recruiting partners.
