This Privacy Policy explains how Twin City Media, LLC, doing business as Turnstone Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors and clients (“you”) when you visit turnstoneagency.com or any other website we operate (collectively, the “Sites”), contact us, or engage our video production and marketing services. By using the Sites or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described below.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact details such as name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you submit a form, request a quote, schedule a consultation, or sign up to receive communications.
  • Project details, brand assets, scripts, and other materials you share with us in connection with video production or marketing engagements.
  • Billing and payment information processed through our third-party payment and accounting providers (we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems).
  • Any other information you choose to share through email, phone calls, text messages, video calls, or written correspondence.

  1. SMS and Text Messaging Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Turnstone Agency, the following terms apply.

Consent and Opt-In

  • You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our Sites that includes a clear and conspicuous disclosure linking to this Privacy Policy, by signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent, or by replying to a message with an affirmative keyword.
  • By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Turnstone Agency related to project coordination, scheduling, service updates, account notifications, and customer care.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • We are the sender of all messages sent under our SMS program. The first message you receive from us will identify Turnstone Agency as the sender.

Message Frequency, Rates, and Help

  • Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us and the nature of your project.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, except as required to fulfill an existing service obligation.

No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information shared with us in connection with SMS messaging may be shared only with subcontracted service providers that help us operate our messaging program, and only for the purpose of delivering the service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own marketing purposes.

  1. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers and subcontractors that help us operate our business, such as hosting providers, email and SMS platforms, CRM systems, payment processors, accounting software, analytics tools, and freelance production crew. These parties are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Project collaborators when you engage us for a project that requires coordination with photographers, voice talent, animators, or other production partners. We share only what is necessary to complete your project.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or government requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Turnstone Agency, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS message content are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstance.

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the visitor experience and to support marketing analytics. Categories include:

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
